Meet Our Founders

Hello, I am Naana, creative director at Boutique Eatery. I was inspired by the book of Genesis in the bible and particularly the story of creation and how beautiful the garden of Eden was before the fall of Adam and Eve. There is something so beautiful, fascinating and peaceful about nature, particularly gardens which hold the beauty of the fields like the seed-bearing flowers, fruits, plants and trees.

(11 So God said, “Let the earth sprout [tender] [a]vegetation, [b]plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit according to (limited to, consistent with) their kind, whose seed is in them upon the earth”; and it was so. 12 The earth sprouted and abundantly produced vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, according to their kind; and God saw that it was good and He affirmed and sustained it. - Genesis 1:11-12)

So this is where I took my inspiration from the book of Genesis in the bible and thought to myself, “self, how beautiful would it be to create beautiful and tasty food which draw their inspirations from a garden?”. I shared the idea with my husband Daren and he thought it was great and loved it. I prayed to God to help me with the direction of this inspiration. God spoke gently to my heart through dreams and visions thus inspiring me with the ingredients and combinations which are currently known as “Naana’s Toppings. Daren came up with more ideas on how great it would be to expand the idea to food experiences in ice-cream, gluten free baked goods amd meals, hence the birth of '“Boutique Eatery Experiences” which is now the name of our company. We both realized we needed more collaborations to make this new business venture successful so we partnered with my best friend Francesa who has extensive experience in organic farming and food sustainability which helped us to shape and model the direction of our company. We decided to keep things Boutique style, non-commercial and unique. To us the food experiences we create is our form of art and hospitality which we are very grateful to share with our dear customers and friends. We just want to concentrate on creating genuine experiences for all the people we are blessed to interact with on this earth.
